Scope
This policy covers information collected through novalinklabs.com and through direct interactions with our team during project enquiries, engagements and support. It does not cover separate services we deliver inside a client's own environment, which are governed by the agreement in place with that client.
What we collect
From the website: standard server log data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and any details you submit through a form — typically name, company, email, project type and message. From client engagements: contact details for the people we work with, plus the technical and business context needed to deliver the engagement.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, run client engagements, manage business operations, secure our own systems, and improve how the website works. We do not sell personal information.

The site uses a minimum set of cookies and analytics needed to operate. Where analytics is used, we configure it to avoid collecting sensitive information and to respect "do not track" signals where supported.
Third-party services

Retention
