Privacy policy.

This policy covers information collected through novalinklabs.com and through direct interactions with our team during project enquiries, engagements and support. It does not cover separate services we deliver inside a client's own environment, which are governed by the agreement in place with that client.

From the website: standard server log data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and any details you submit through a form, typically name, company, email, project type and message. From client engagements: contact details for the people we work with, plus the technical and business context needed to deliver the engagement.

To respond to enquiries, run client engagements, manage business operations, secure our own systems, and improve how the website works. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics cookies (through Google Tag Manager) are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner; until then the tag manager is not loaded at all. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as a rejection. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer, and rejecting removes the analytics cookies we set. One strictly necessary cookie remembers your choice.

We rely on a small set of vendors (hosting, contact-form delivery, email and communication tools) to operate the company. They process data only on our instructions and under written agreements that require comparable protections.

We keep enquiry and engagement information for as long as it's needed to deliver the engagement or to meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations afterwards, then dispose of it securely.

You can ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email privacy@novalinklabs.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold. No internet service is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of an incident that materially affects your data, we'll notify affected parties as required.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
